All of the ingredients are just as they are at the shop but I find it's a bit too expensive and I would prefer more bulk sizes so you don't have to keep on ordering and possibly having to pay for delivery for top ups. The pearls attract moisture really easily and crumble. They don't cook as well a while after the package has been opened. The QR code on the packaging for instructions hasn't worked for me and I would prefer for all instructions to be included on the packaging because it's right there for you rather than having to stare at your phone or log into my laptop as I have had to do. Also, if we are directed to your website for recipes/instructions, your website needs to be more reader friendly. The website needs a better interface overall.
