Loving my bubble tea kits! Most recent order was missing an item, and when I contacted them they responded within a couple of hours. After confirming the invoice against what was in the box they sent out the missing item.
Only thing I'd look at changing is the disposable straws that are automatically added to orders - I think opting into, rather than out of, is a better option as I'd de-selected the straws, but received them anyway which is a bit annoying when I have a reusable one.
