The tapioca pearls were not labelled and therefore I incorrectly cooked the whole packet in one go, not 30gms. As you are supposed to use the cooked tapioca immediately I ended up throwing away a full cooked packet less a small amount!! The labelling also does not say that the cooked tapioca pearls must be used immediately and not kept overnight. I had to email to find that out. So, great product but very poor labelling and instructions.
