I ordered and paid for a watch advertised on their website.
Later received email confirming but then an email canceling
"Thank you for your recent online purchase.
We regret to inform you that this particular model sold out before we could retrieve it for you. Therefore, I’m afraid that we have had to cancel your order on this occasion.
We hope that you will accept our profound apologies for any inconvenience that this has caused you. The transaction (£xxxx) has been reversed, so the funds should appear back in your account within five working days.

Ironically, the watch I bought and not available was still being advertised.
Annoying and a waste of my time !
