Lies lies lies, after two years I am still waiting for my refund. Sent them all of the evidence which took me ages to collate, end up they lying to me and to AMEX stating that the airline has already refunded me and then promised to refund my cc 5 times, to no avail. I have all of the evidence to support. AVOID AVOID AVOID.
