Same as many customers on here, needed to change a flight, was told on their chat that i coulf and to wait for an advisor. Maximum wait time 125 minutes. 13 hours later still nothing, lost my flight and money Asked for a refund, ongoing 8 months, lots of emails from them saying different things. But no refund.
