The website says airline fees for cancelation will be £100pp this is actually £300 and i was told it was 'probably a technical error' but regardless i had to pay for the technical error. Its impossible to get in contact with anyone live (the sceptic would say it might be because they aren't delivering a service). on top of all this i have cancelled a flight which was due in less than a months time and apparently the refund will take 16weeks.......... you read that correctly not days weeks 4 months to receive a refund. its shocking and a terrible company NEVER USE
