Are flights to Bangkok got cancelled 20 days before we were due to fly out when we were trying to rearrange new flights or get are money back for are old ones they were not helpful they Couldn’t help us get news ones or have the money back in time to book new flights and we have lost the money for a 4 weeks worth of accommodation.
