Avoid! Avoid! Avoid! Why can I not give 0 stars? This company are crooks. They change the booking once you have submitted it. Luckily I spotted it immediately the first time and cancelled and re-booked quickly. This time they removed my luggage, but I have taken photos of each step and the booking details that came up on the website after I booked. I think they charge for luggage twice anyway as the ticket name at this stage was Plus which includes 2 x 23kg with SAS. They are dishonest at every turn, and very unhelpful when you phone them. Judging by the other reviews it looks like they alter a lot of bookings in order to make the customers pay more. I have submitted a complaint, but I will not get that day and a half of my life back, and it will take longer to lower my blood pressure.
