Hi Im from Canada. I book flights back in March 2019 to go to Syndey, Australia in June 2019. I made sure that while filling out online forms my name matched what my passport said. I got my e-tickets and they listed my name with two last names. I contacted them by email as i cannot get through the local number to anyone it drops my calls EVERY time. They said as long as spelled correctly was valid and normal to have no spaces. Ok. Two weeks before my flights they asked "Wrong name?" - send us a scan of your passport and we will call airlines and advise you. OK. Heard nothing. Thought well oh maybe Im wrong and it is ok. Get to the airport and guess what? I was denied a boarding pass because my name does not match the e-ticket! I tried calling Budget air dropped my calls and managed to get through to Netherlands emergency number said i would have had to call 24 hours before. Except I cannot talk to anyone! Dropped calls. AND i emailed them a scan of my passport TWO weeks prior. I asked about a refund they said maybe a partial. REALLY? Two weeks after being back cause i had to purchase NEW almost double the price tickets to go. They responded after I told them im going to media and small claims court. AND still no refund. I spend $4000 for a trip! That was suppose to be $1370. Im not made of money. NO one is. I was visiting a loved one who also just had emergency surgery. DO NOT BOOK with them. SAVE yourselves!
