Avoid booking with this company at all costs. My friends and I purchased two connecting flights with Budgetair. The first was nonexistent and despite giving us a flight number, telling us the airline and ‘flight time’ turned out to be an extremely long and bumpy taxi ride. This, although annoying was the least of our problems however. We arrived at Podgorica airport and the airline told us that Budget air had not paid for our baggage (which we had pre paid for and had confirmation). We then called Budget Air and were told that they were so sorry for the mistake, to pay for the baggage ($175 euros) and we will be refunded as soon as possible (within a few days). It is over a month later of daily calls, being put on hold for hours and being told that the refund is ‘coming’ and they will call us the next day etc. When I called up today I was told that we would not be getting any money back despite being told previously that we would and it is their mistake. After dozens of phone calls and so much effort and inconvenience this was the last straw. The people on the customer service lines were incredibly patronising, sarcastic and unhelpful, giving me no way to escalate this to a manager or a next step to solve the issue. Now I am $175 euros and hours upon hours of time in debt. NEVER book with Budgetair, they are total scammers
