Appalled by BudgetAir’s customer service and handling of an issue caused by them! After turning up to a flight that “did not exist”, and was rather a private transfer to another airport (scamming us by making us pay a significantly large amount when we easily could have taken a shuttle bus transfer), we were then advised that our luggage, whilst paid for and confirmed, had never been processed by BudgetAir. When calling BudgetAir to follow up this issue, were told to pay for luggage again (double the price on the day off the flight) and that they would refund us within a couple hours - obviously this was not the case. Multiple calls and a month later, they have still not refunded us, and have only now decided to let us know that they will not be refunding, despite our multiple receipts of purchase. This is an absolute scam of a booking agency that has been terrible to deal with and a waste of our time.
