BudgetAir.com = Arrogance. Disrespect. Incompetent staff. Illiteracy. Not helpful. Guaranteed problems for customers. Definitely not recommend!
I completed correctly Name and Surname "as written in the passport" but BudgetAir.com illiterate staff (or maybe cheap IT program changed 1 letter).
After - complete ignorance from BudgetAir.com staff.
They advised me to buy new tickets :))
Definitely not recommend this company!
