Absolutely bunch of crooks. On 24th Dec I booked 2 tickets online to suprise my family to meet them on Christmas day. As the departure was within 5 hours on the same day I booked the tickets online, I did not receive any confirmation about my E ticket. I rang them up twice, third time luckily someone answered, I told them I have few hours to leave and I did receive the E tickets. At this time the crook told me there were no available tickets for that flight. Only because I contacted them, I came to know about this. O e hour later he sends me a email that my tickets could not be issued. I could not even book with another Travel Agent because my Account was debited and had no money to pay to book from another site. Please avoid this Company. I do not know why the UK Government or relevant authorities still allow this Company to operate. There are so many adverse reviews about this Company and these Crooks still exists. Will the Government do anything about this Company? Please do not use this Company.
