This must be the worst customer care in the world shocking!! After paying and buying the premium package they offer You get no help whatsoever! after 4 long phone calls with waiting time on hold for over 40min and one of the time I got hang up... Needed to change a flight due to the the ongoing virus, 3 days trying to contact them and when I did they offered little to no help... They told me I have to contact the airline directly which I did.. the airline says the ticket belongs to them and they have to do the amendments not the airline and why I was made to call the airline.. After 4 to 5 more calls (costing me quite a bit) the airline agreed to refund but they had to refund the money back to budgetair as the ticket belongs to them and they to forward that money back to me... THIS THEY HAVE KEPT MY REFUND FOR THE TICKETS and I have not seen a penny!! .... Ignoring my emails.. SCAM AND ROBBERS.. avoid and book directly from airline... Hope this will help other people not to full in this trap of ruthless travel agents..
