Booked ticket for KUL , flight were changed by PAL and I would have missed connecting flight at Manila due to this change. 3 days tried to budget air but no one picked call .After multiple emails demanded that I need pay fee to change flight . Manage to change my flights with PAL . NEVER BUDGET AIR AGAIN NEVER
