I am a frequent traveller and have used many sites similar to BudgetAir to book tickets. I have never in my life experienced such shocking and negligent practices and customer service. Randomly changing flight bookings from 9 hour journeys to 30 hours and then being commpletely unreachable for days. Steer clear of this absolute mess of a website and company.
