Unreachable and the worst in my experience. Do not buy from them! I made a huge mistake for choosing them, and when I wanted to cancel due to the virus situation in the country I was planning to go, BudgetAir became unreachable either by phone or their web email form. Trying to use the cancel feature on their website was useless, even though it promises that "Within 2 days you will receive a cost overview via e-mail" -- that never happened. Tried to call them multiple times, waited for close to an hour each time, and had to end the call, as it was useless since nobody is picking up. Do not waste your money and energy on them.
