AVOID at all costs. when things go wrong they are nowhere to be found. phone number provided not even active, emails unanswered and website next to useless.
I have been waiting over a year to get refunded for flights that budget air didnt even book. Stranding me in another country. even after being told directly by the airline that the booking was not confirmed still they argued and refused to admit it. but were more than happy to take my money.
AVOID AVOID AVOID - go diret to the airline when booking this company is a theiving middle man.
