Die Erfahrung war herausragend. Bei der Lieferung hat das Stickerbuch gefehlt. Eine kurze E-Mail an den Kunden Service und das Stickerbuch war am nächsten Tag mit einer handschriftlichen Entschuldigung in der Post.
Ich würde mir wünschen das jeder hersteller so schnell und unkompliziert reagieren würde.
