Ich habe zweimal bei Büffel Bill bestellt grössere Mengen um meinen Gefriervorrat zu füllen. Hatte unter anderem Büffelhüfte am Stück gekauft. Einen Teil hab ich als Steak und einen Teil am Stück gegrillt/ gekocht und war beides im Geschmacklich und Qualitativ hervorragend. Aber auch die Büffel Bratwürste sehr lecker. Die Ferse, war auch sehr gut im Vergleich zum Büffel, fand ich das Büffelfleisch Geschmacklich nen ticken leckerer. Ansonsten Lieferung problemlos schnell und Kühl bei mir angekommen. Werde ganz bestimmt wieder bestellen.
