From the start of booking up until the event the process was really simple. You are given plenty of time to make changes and pay off your total, I had to phone a couple of times to query some things and the customer service was great and staff were always polite and super helpful . Communication on the day with our butler James was great he kept me updated on arrival times etc. When he arrived he was super friendly and professional throughout. The games he played kept us all entertained and we had such a laugh!!! The only thing I would maybe say is that our party was over a little bit sooner than I thought but that may have been due to the fact we were outside on the hottest day of the year. Overall we had an amazing time and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend James personally or the company. Thank you so much for making my sisters hen do one too remember forever!!!
