Well what can I say apart from thank you! Our planed booked company cancelled our booking within 48 hours of the hen do. Frantically I called round trying to find some availability and I was truly grateful when Buff Naker Butlers were able to accommodate. I spoke with Ross on the phone who quickly secured my booking, he said he would call back the following morning to confirm a time, but within 10 minutes he called me back and had it all sorted, which was a massive relief. Our butler was Darren who I must say was a pleasure! He was full of fun and knew how to handle a drunk bunch of hens. We didn't feel he was being sleazy towards us and he kept us entertained with the cocktail making, games and the general banter we all had. Made the hen feel at ease, considering she was adamant she didn't want any naked men at her hen... Thank you Darren from all the girls at Donna's hen....
