Web service was very good, easy to find what I wanted. Easy to order. I had left some stuff in basket without ordering and received a reminder on email, which I thought was a neat idea. Delivery timing is too ambiguous so makes it difficult to plan when to make sure I’m available to receive a delivery. When it was delivered, I didn’t know that the Timber had been delivered and discovered it standing upright against side wall of house and it had been raining. Thankfully no one nicked it and the timber didn’t bow. Recommended improvements, delivery timing needs to less ambiguous and letting the customer know when the delivery is actually going to be made in advance eg email/text/call day before can make a lot of difference.
