Absolutely appalling service. Dire. When my order had not been delivered i chased last week and was told it would be delivered on Friday. It wasn't. I chased today to be told that they had lost my item, didn't have a spare and so 'would i like my money back'? Shocking customer service. I hope the company directors read this as they would be ashamed at how their company has handled this.
