Ordered MDF and birch plywood 22nd of June. 3-5 days delivery on website. Email one week later saying MDF out of stock and refund given for MDF. Got tracking number for plywood on 28th of June with Caribou. Tracking on Caribou just shows ‘label printed’. Delivery randomly shows up on 13th of July with no warning. Tracking still says ‘label printed’ even though delivered. Luckily my wife was home to accept delivery or else I’m sure it would have just been left on the front porch. Delivered by one guy so my wife had to help him carry heavy sheets of plywood into the house. I guess they expect you to sit at home 24/7 from order to delivery?
