I ordered the trailer floor using their easy to use website and after I had placed the order realised I had got a dimension wrong so sent an email to their technical team, within a couple of days I received an email telling me the floor was waiting collection, this is where the service dipped a little as they were having courier issues, which they told me about, it took nearly two weeks for it to be delivered but when it arrived it was in good order and a nice product cut to my amended dimensions.
