I ordered seven 8x4ft plywood sheets. I needed to know when to expect the delivery and so contacted yourselves, as I would need to be at the delivery adress when they arrived. The girl then contacted Tufnell's to get a delivery date and rang me back within a few minutes. The sheets had been wrongly sent to Bristol but would be delivered the next day. That was the info that I needed. The van duly arrived on the third day after the order was placed. Well within the estimated 5 day delivery time period.
