A disastrous result following the delivery of one offcut from a whole sheet of plywood which was ordered with specific measurements supplied to cut two square panels with two offcuts in total. Only one piece of plywood arrived and it is the offcut, amazing! Neither Builders Market Place nor the courier Tuffnells were able to give us a time nor day when it was arriving, only by the end of the week!!!!!! So no surprise we missed the delivery even though we were both here! I have raised the issue with customer services and after several days am now waiting for the issue to be solved by a partial refund or supply the missing panels. What a fiasco!
