You will be aware that I cancelled my order as the board had not arrived in time and was no longer required and you very efficiently gave an immediate refund. it has emerged that it was delivered by Tuffnels on 3rd Agust to 20 Knossington Road (it was addressed to 22A), two doors down who were away When they returned they brought it round on 15 August. It had been left outside and the pcckaging and the board were damaged and only part of it is usable. Your service was very good, if you wish to take it up with the carrier I will support your case.
