Email on 11/08 saying goods were stuck with Tuffnells awaiting delivery
Email on 15/08 confirming goods were going to be collected this evening and delivered 16/08
Email 16/08 saying one item ordered was out of stock (Other items had NOT been sent)
Email 18/08 saying email had been passed to warehouse team - Nothing since.
Shambles - Will never use again.
