Ordered 8 sheets of wall panelling for a customer i received an email telling me that they will be delivered in 2-5 days.when they never arrived contacted builders marketplace I was told they were at the carriers depot and would be with me by the end of the week. Still never arrived contacted builders marketplace again to be told they would get back to me. They did and I was told they had been returned to them as they were damaged spent nearly £600 on the order and can't get paid till I have fitted them so nearly 3 weeks waiting and still out of pocket very poor service
