Having ordered two items before Christmas - including two sections of mdf panelling I was kept fully informed about the order. I followed the tracking - which showed both items would be delivered only to find that one arrived and not the other - I have now received the panelling, after chasing - not sure if they should have been delivered together or not, but I didn't receive any update on the delivery or a response to my email. The products however are great, and the panelling perfect for my project.
