Order went fairly well only issue was the delivery company, received an email to say it was being delivered on the Wednesday , wife waited in all day , no show , following day received an email and it did come , I would recommend a approx time slot within 2hrs as that would be more helpful rather than the delivery will be between 8am - 6pm like DPD uses in that you can see how far off from delivery and your not twiddling your thumbs waiting, response from both delivery company and Merchanting was good to be fair , would use again ,18mm plywood floor came Well packaged not opened yet but no signs of damage on cardboard.
