Do not order from Builder Depot, they are extremely unhelpful if you need to return anything and will do their utmost to avoid issuing a refund. We accepted delivery of a Grohe cistern and push button, the cistern box had a tiny tear on the packaging and now they refuse to accept the return of either, when we have just spent £30 on returning them safely via courier. Avoid.
