Con Artists, they take your money then hide behind their terms and conditions and the incompetence of their staff to avoid helping you out. I ordered a toilet seat and was having some troubles finding the right one, I photographed the new unit placed on top of my old one to show that it wasn't right and the customer service agent "Taz" took it upon himself to bow out of helping and telling me tough luck because I'd taken the toilet seat out of the box. I then found that they didn't even send the one I'd ordered and furthermore they were unwilling to help out. I'm not after my money back I just want the product I'd ordered and them to hold their hands up and say they made a mistake but instead they've taken my £100 and gone on their way. Shocking service and I wouldn't recommend to anyone.
