1 star only because I can't give zero. I know times are hard but Builders Depot have fleeced me for 13 x 4.8m 9" by 2" joists, despite me having date/time stamped photos of the bundled short-shipment and are now ignoring my emails. This seems to be the business model now - provide no notice of the drop as usual, catch people unawares and now short-ship them too. They have then fallen back bogus claims of cctv - how could that much timber disappear in transit?? Check your footage again, how can you even pick out this delivery from a truckload? Unbelievable. @Builders Depot, I will gladly provide a full spec if you contact me with a serious response, better yet come to the site you will see we ordered the amount we needed and you can see it in place in the site after I have had to order the short shipped amount from somewhere else, I can provide the invoice, why would I buy exactly that amount again?
