Please I am begging you don’t shop with BSO the worst experience on my life. All the reviews are correct no phone calls unless they are selling, no after care, the doors are faulty and scratch easily, they don’t respond to your emails. They are rude, £40 to deliver and you pay to send them back even if it is their mistake. It cost me £178 for one door£40 to deliver and £58 to return, you have to use a large logistic company to return and you need the height length width and weight. I had to purchase a scale to weight the door as they don’t give you the weight on the website. They didn’t get back to me at all. They don’t call even if you tell you want to talk to someone. I will take to social media soon I am getting all my evidence for the bank I spent over, £3.500 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡I am so f........ mad 😠 mad mad
