We ordered 3 Deanta doors - 2 are of a different colour - were all supposed to be white. 2 are off-white. And 2 are bowed! So now we cannot, as others have mentioned, get hold of them to sort it out. Not even by their alleged 0800 to 2100 chat. Tried more than once and nothing. So stuck with useless bowed doors - would have put up with colour difference. Boy do I wish I'd seen this reviews before ordering from them. Am going to report them to Watchdog (as should everyone) at the very least if we don't hear by tomorrow. Paid chippie to come and work and now lost money as not his fault to finally realise why door wouldn't hang straight. So very disappointing. As others say - quick to deliver then nothing.
