Ordered 14 sheets of celotex
14 at 50mm
4 at 40mm
The whole order was sent at 50mm
When inquiring by phone because they didn’t answer by email
They informed they were out of 40mm!!!
Still no refund after 10 days as it’s being very tricky for them to arrange the pick up of the sheets at 50mm they sent on purpose …
Tick tock it stems from the top!
Will continue to review until I’m blue in the face
Big mistake treating customers like this…
