We ha been with the same supplier for many years, but their customer service arrangements changed which wasn’t good, so a friend recommended Bulb. I was a bit nervous that it would be a hassle as I had heard about other people having problems with other providers. However, I needn’t have worried it was the simplest to arrange online, regular emails to inform us of progress and since we have become customers the service is great. They inform you when payment is being taken, if you have used more electricity than you pay for you are given options to deal with this. Also, when giving a meter reading emails are sent to confirm this too. It has only been a few months since we joined the Bulb Club but so far we are very pleased with them.
