Been with Bulb for a few years now. Always competitive pricing and I like the monthly account update as this helps me to keep an eye on energy costs. Used them at my previous house and switched our new home to Bulb when we moved here a few months ago. Pleased to say that this was a completely painless operation!
The only reason that I haven't given five stars is because trying to get answers from Bulb can be a bit challenging as, unless you are lucky and the "BulbBot" actually manages to answer your query, you have to resort to e-mails. Must admit that I have had differing results when using this method to talk to Bulb.
As Bulb appear to be getting bigger, I am hoping that there may come a time when there is a way to communicate with a human being, either through something like a call centre (optimistic I know!) or maybe even chat with a real person.
