Have been with bulb a few months now and have been very happy with the customer service so far. There was a billing issue as in no statements were being issued and the balance in my account kept rising.
The lady I spoke to over the messaging service apologised and said it will be sorted out in a few days and she'd email me once the issue was fixed. This turned out to be the following day.
My only gripe which is nothing bad is that I'm still on an old smart meter which needs upgrading
