They were great but gone down hill. Diabolical. Work as a nurse and have to do my shift stinking as no hot water for a bath or shower, no heating or cooking facilities for my 2 young children due to bulbs unwillingness to help. For over 2 hours I've been trying to contact them via their only option of online chat as money is not transferring to my meter. After lengthy queues I got cut off twice. 3rd time I got to uploading my receipts. They said they would send me an email and refused to look at receipts via chat. I explained I'm struggling accessing emails. They replied 'An email had been sent to you ' and rudely just cut me off. I'm left with no gas, cooking or heating and 2 young children. Having to contact OFCOM to see if they can help. 60 gas paid but none received.
