In August 2020, 'Look after my bills' recommended that I should move to 'Symbio Energy'. That was a bad mistake from beginning to end. My contract with Symbio Energy was due to end at the end of September, and a neighbour of mine recommended that I should move then to Bulb Energy. I saw his webpage for Bulb Energy and was most impressed.
As a result, and before Symbio Energy went into administration, I arranged to move to Bulb Energy on 1 November 2021. So I haven't been with them for very long yet. My overall impression so far though is very good, and the way their administration is being handled appears to be much better than the administration of Symbio Energy is. I currently have no regrets.
