Despite the difficulty in going into administration due to the pandemic and rising energy prices at source, Bulb staff remain customer service focussed, quick to reply (less than 3 hours on email) and understanding of our individual difficulties in these very challenging times. I really hope Bulb get through this unscathed as they are by far the best energy company I have dealt with in the last 22 years.
