Bulb customer service is fantastic when they supposedly read my electric meter using smart meter it gave them the original reading I had given them when I joined 3 years ago so not such a smart meter if it ever was one. Looked like I had used a huge amount of electricity from April 12th to 13th so straight onto them via chat to sort, person on end checked everything for me and told me that the wrong reading was from the smart meter as I said not smart at all - I wasn't aware it was anyway as no one has fitted one in the last few years. Anyway all sorted now but increase from April to cover high costs although not extreme but still £70 more than I use a month and it's a month in advance seems a bit much
