I have been with bulb before the change in price cap. We've had our ups and downs but I deem this company to have good staff who try to do the best for their customers. Purchasing energy is never going to be cheap and with the wider effects on the economy, this is unlikely to change drastically. My advice if you're a customer is to stay on the line until the item has been completely resolved. Otherwise, things do get lost in translation or between departments.
