How do you write a review about your electricity supplier??
Well the electricity keeps arriving OK but this is not Bulb's responsibility .
I supply Monthly meter readings.
They take a direct debit sum every month .
They refunded a large credit buildup.
Communication has been good.
Shame they are in administration because that means I cannot even begin to look for an alternative supplier should I want one. They are all going to be high prices anyway thanks that
basket Poo-Tin.
Their DD calculations appear to be on the high side (as one would expect) and adjusting payments downwards is difficult...hence my significant credit build up.
Do I give them 3 ** or 4
