Having been with Bulb for a few years now I have always found them easy to deal with. When I haven't agreed with the amount they wish to increase my direct debit by we have come to an acceptable agreement. Recently changed the direct debit to a standing order that somehow was lost in their system however the person I spoke to followed up with several emails and kept me well informed of the progress. To, be honest other than the increasing costs which are worldwide I can not fault their service.
